Please read the following agreement and

You must agree to and accept the following terms and conditions in order to use
the FirstWashingtonGroup.com Logo/Hyperlink ("Logo/Hyperlink")

FirstWashingtonGroup hereby grants you a limited,
revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use, display and
link the attached Logo/Hyperlink(s) on your Web site subject to the
terms set forth herein. Nothing herein by implication or otherwise,
shall grant you any rights other than as explicitly set forth herein.

Except as specifically provided herein, you shall not express or
imply any endorsement by FirstWashingtonGroup, its respective
parents, sisters, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and
agents (collectively, "First Washington Group Affiliates") of any
product or service or in any other manner or for any purpose
whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, your agreement to
not "frame" our Web site, thus presenting First Washington Group
content
as your own.

You acknowledge that FirstWashingtonGroup.com, its successors, privies and assigns,
exclusively own all present or future rights of every kind and nature
in and to First Washington Group, FirstWashingtonGroup.com and the Logo/Hyperlink (including, but
not limited to, all copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service
names, patents, character rights, trade secret rights, contract and
licensing rights).

You agree that you will not or will not allow or assist any third
party to use or display the Logo/Hyperlink in any manner that would
result in any FirstWashingtonGroup.com Affiliate's name or product (including but
not limited to FirstWashingtonGroup.com) to become involved in matters that could
detract from, or impugn its public acceptance and popularity or impair
its legal status.

You must have copyright ownership of all materials contained within
your Web site. No articles, recipes, song lyrics, art, graphics
or other materials may be included without the express written consent of
the copyright owner. In addition, you agree not to sell First Washington Group
merchandise.

You agree not to alter or change the Logo/Hyperlink.

Termination - First Washington Group shall have the right to
terminate this Agreement and license herein at any time with or without
cause and require you to immediately discontinue your use of the
Logo/Hyperlink if in FirstWashingtonGroup.com's sole discretion you fail to comply with
any term or provision of these terms.
Other -
The site to which you are linking is owned and operated by FirstWashingtonGroup.com.
No
material from FirstWashingtonGroup.com or any Web site owned, operated, licensed, or
controlled by FirstWashingtonGroup.com may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded,
posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may
download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your
personal, noncommercial home use only, provided you keep intact all
copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices. Modification of the
materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of FirstWashingtonGroup.com's
copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights. For purposes of these
terms, the use of any such material on any other Web site or networked
computer environment is prohibited.
All trademarks, service marks, and
trade names are proprietary to FirstWashingtonGroup.com.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of
conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising
out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or
federal courts located in Palm Bach County, Florida and you hereby consent
and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of
litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be
unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall
be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire
"Linking" agreement
between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified
except in writing, signed by both parties. First Washington Group and related marks are
trademarks of FirstWashingtonGroup.com.
